My oldest daughter was here from Miami and our son's daughter spent a couple of days with us during her Spring break. It's been pretty much non-stop "on the go". Tuesday we (daughter & g'daughter) went to Fitz's (in the Loop) for lunch, then the History Museum in Forest Park. It's been years since I've been to the History Museum. They have added some really great exhibits - even interactive ones. The granddaughter loved it. It was also a great way for the granddaughter to spend time with her "Aunt from Miami". Everyone is home now and life is getting back to normal.
So with that said, let's get to the card. This card is showcasing a couple of Sale-A-Bration freebies - You're Lovely stamp set and Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper. Customers were able to make this card at our February and March Card Buffets. Inspiration came from Dawn Olchefke's card here (Jan 25th post), except that I used a different orientation and pattern of the Sweet Sorbet DSP to make it my own. I also used pearls (colored with a black Sharpie) instead of rhinestones for the center of the flowers.
Must run to prepare for our April Card Buffet. I'm way behind! Thank you so much for stopping in today!
