Sunday a group of wonderful ladies came to Stamp Camp spreading sunshine with their smiles and enthusiasm to have some stamping fun, even though the sky was gray and dreary! And what fun we had!
OK on to some cards. The first card is one that my Demo friend, Deana Schultz, made at the crop Saturday and gave to each table mate. Lucky me to be sitting with her. Thanks Deana - love it!
This fat bird was made from a 2-1/2" circle punch. Punch out a Riding Hood Red and a White circle. Snip out a bit of the Red (with the punch) and layer over the White. The Heart to Heart punch (retiring May 31st) was used for the tuft and tail. The White portion of his eyes were from a 5/8" punch and the Black is a standard hole punch. Add a little pen work to the eyes with a White Signo gel pen. His beak and eyebrows were made by trimming a 3/4" square. This bird is zooming across a Pool Party card base with an Old Olive grassy mound.
Next up is one of the projects from Stamp Camp. I've seen quite a few of these flower pot cards recently. Guess we're all thinking Mother's Day or get well cards to brighten someone's day.
