Hi there! Back today with another Card Buffet selection - a punch art Rudolph. How fun! The triangle piece is adhered under the top of the "stocking hat" by a flap and Dimensionals near the nose. A few different sizes of circle punches were used to make the eyes, nose, and pom pom on the hat. Some retired Stampin' Up! ribbon was used for a finishing touch.
Need to tackle the to-do list. Have a great day and thanks for stopping in for a visit!

After Christmas Cheer
Hi there! How about a little after-Christmas Cheer? This was supposed to get posted before Christmas but things got a bit hectic! Sorry it's late, but better late than never they say. Lol
This card appeared on our Card Buffet display board. It was CASE'd right from the Stampin' Up! 2014 Holiday Catalog.
Today we're having Christmas at our daughter's house since it's the only day that worked for everyone to be together. So, must get going. Come back tomorrow for one of the cards the girls made yesterday at Club.
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. Thank you so much for stopping in today!

Ornamental Pine Celebration
Hi there and happy Friday! Today's quick card was intended as a masculine birthday card but could easily be changed to a Christmas card. This was another sample from our Card Buffet display board. There's just something about pine trees and pine cones that I love! So, of course, this set is a favorite from the Stampin' Up! 2014 Holiday Catalog.
Must finish packing for our 2015 Calendar Class on Sunday. But before signing off, birthday wishes go out to my oldest daughter today! I love you! Her birthday this year is extra special since she's celebrating on safari in East Africa! The company she works for asked if she'd lead the Christmas safari tour and, of course, she accepted. Being an international tour director is the perfect job for her! Not that I'm a proud mama or anything. Lol
Hope you have a great weekend and thank you so much for stopping in today!

A Christmas Cardinal
Hi there! Today the sun is shining - finally! A little bit of snow is predicted for tomorrow morning and cloudy skies. Ugh! Anyway...today's card was inspired by my friend and former upline, Pam D'Urso. Years ago, she sent us a Christmas card similar to the one above. I always wanted to re-create her card and this was the year. Plus, it was perfect for our Card Buffet.
Must get going to finish some things around here. Thanks for taking the time to stop by today!

Calm Bootiful Wishes
Hi there! Today's share is a Christmas card made pairing the Bootiful Occasions and Endless Wishes sets, with All is Calm Designer Series Paper dictating the color scheme. Snowflakes were randomly stamped using Lost
Lagoon and Soft Sky inks. Some color (Lost Lagoon) was added to the boot with an Aqua Pen. Dazzling Diamonds glitter gives it that sparkle factor! A circular closure was created for functionality as well as adding a finishing t and ouch.
Need to get started on today's to-do list. Thank you for popping in today!

Thank You Snowman
Hi there! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was a busy one with an all day crop on Saturday and having our son & granddaughter come in late that night to spend the night. Sunday we took a little trip down memory lane in Rock Hill (MO), which is where we lived prior to moving to our current home. We drove by our old house, then went to the Hacienda Mexican Restaurant (our favorite place) for an early dinner. Afterwards, we went to the Winter Wonderland light display at Tilles Park. (We spent many hours at this park when we lived nearby.) What FUN it was to see all those lighted displays! There were so many that it was a challenge to see all of them. The granddaughter was sooooo excited pointing out the different characters! She would bounce from one side of the car to the other.
Keeping with a festive theme, the above 3x3 card was included in each customer order bag during the month of November. (Forgot to post it earlier!) All is Calm Designer Series Paper by Stampin' Up! was used for the snowman's body. A snowflake background was stamped with the Endless Wishes set using Pear Pizzazz and Lost Lagoon inks. A matching snowflake envelope was made (from plain ol' copy paper) with the Envelope Punch Board. Love making matching envelopes and it is so easy with the Envelope Punch Board!
That's it - thank you so much for stopping by today!

Gift Card Present
Hi there! Yesterday was a busy day - just didn't get around to posting. Wednesday night was the Stampin' Up! Catalog Kickoff. What a great time meeting up with friends and making new ones! Such a fun evening! The new Occasions Catalog is full of awesome products - my wish list is ready! We can pre-order beginning today, which is just one of the benefits of being a Demonstrator! Woo hoo!
Now about the card above, which is a gift card holder. It's not just for Christmas. Change the DSP to fit the occasion. Below is an open view, with a peek at the gift card insert. It was made with the Envelope Punch Board. I used the retired Slot Punch to keep the gift card in place.
The Hostess Club members made this card at our meeting last month. Watch France Martin's video HERE for directions to make a batch of gift card holders to have on hand for the holidays - or any day.
Must go place my pre-order now! Have a great weekend and thanks for coming by for a visit today!

Ornamental Christmas
Hi there! Popping in real quick with a Christmas card that was on our Card Buffet display board. Yep, Christmas will be here before you know it! Debbie Henderson's card was the inspiration for mine. You can see her card here (scroll down to June 30th post). A few changes were made, making it my own. The embossed layer and ornament were enhanced by swiping Silver Encore ink across them, highlighting the raised areas.
Must scoot to go have lunch with my granddaughter for a Grandparents Day celebration that her school is hosting. Thanks for stopping in today!

Top Note Grinch and Treats
Hi there! Are ready to ring in the New Year? Where did the year go???? Well, I'm gonna wrap up the year with one last Christmas card. For several years I've wanted to make a Grinch card and this year it finally came to fruition. My inspiration came from Chris Twing. You can view her video here.
Thought I'd also share the treats received from the Christmas party that Sally Nusbaum organized but was cancelled because of snow. Kim Coulter made these cute treat holders. The Santa is a container of Tic Tacs and the other little goodie is a lip balm holder. Aren't they adorable?!
The last treat, one of which was given to our granddaughter, is a cello bag of cookies sporting some elf legs. Grandma's cookies are even better when they're presented in a cute way don't ya think?
That's it for this year! Have a safe and Happy New Year and as always, thanks for stopping in today!

Joy to the World
Hi there! Been in bed the last two days with some sort of crud, but now I'm back! And we have snow! We're supposed to get more later today according to the forecast. Tomorrow is our Christmas party that Sally Nusbaum is organizing again this year. Can't wait to see everyone! The weather will keep some from attending - like Pam D'Urso. It's been so long since we've seen her and that makes me sad that she won't be able to join us.
So in the holiday spirit, let's move on to the above card that was on our Card Buffet last month. This was an easy card and seemed to be popular at the Buffet since there weren't any kits left.

Santa's List
Hi there and happy Monday! Hope you had a good weekend and you're keeping warm. We definitely had frost on the ol' pumpkin around here. Can you believe that Thursday is Thanksgiving? Yikes! Then comes the craziness of the Christmas season. Speaking of which, I have a Christmas card for you today. The Night of Navy portion with the Santa image flips up to open - a fancy fold. This fancy fold was inspired by one of the swaps received from Kathy Morales (at least I think it was hers) at a Demonstrator shoebox swap this past summer.

Christmas Collectibles
Hi there! I'm back with another card made at the Card Buffet last month hosted by Sally Nusbaum, Kim Coulter, and Cheryl Renth. This is a Z fold card. (Directions can be found by doing a Google search.) Three sizes of the Window Frames Collection Framelits were used for the front layers. The gold layer was cut from Stampin' Up!s foil sheets found in the Holiday catalog (page 28). The ornament was stamped using an image from the Christmas Collectibles set (page 35 of the Holiday catalog), then punched out with the Christmas Ornament punch. As in yesterday's card, the envelope is lined to coordinate with the card.
That's all for now. Must pack up for our Card Buffet at DeLeo's tomorrow. Have a great weekend and thank you so much for stopping in today!

Color Me Christmas
Hi there! Today I'm sharing a card I made at the Card Buffet hosted by Sally Nusbaum, Kim Coulter, and Cheryl Renth last month. When I first saw the Color Me Christmas set in the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog, it didn't appeal to me. Since then, I've had a change of heart. There have been so many cute cards made with this set posted on the internet! Love this sentiment from Christmas Messages, too! The card base was cut from our Circle Thinlits die. Below is what the card looks like open.
Notice the lined envelope? We used the new Envelope Liners Framelit die to make the liner, which can be found on page 37 of the Holiday catalog. (You can peruse the catalog by clicking on the picture of the Holiday catalog on the right side bar.) The Season of Style Designer Series Paper was used for both the card and envelope.
Must run for now. Thanks for stopping in today!

More Swaps!
Hi there! I'm sharing some more swaps that were received at the Fall "Regional" held on September 28th. The above card was made by Mary Ellen Cope using the Joyful Christmas set. She embossed the petals with gold, and cut out the flower. That took some time! It's a good TV watching project. lol
The same poinsettia stamp was used by Nancy Gloriod. She really must be a glutton for punishment since she layered her flower petals - so double the amount of cutting for each flower! Nancy paired the poinsettia with a Baked Brown Sugar background, which is embossed with the new Stylish Stripes embossing folder. This card has a vintage feel. Isn't it amazing how color can change the feel/mood of a project?
Love the Northern Lights technique used on this card by Cindy Williams! She did a demonstration at the Fall Regional. Can't wait to try this technique! The stamp set she used is the ever popular, Lovely as a Tree.
Deana Schultz made this clean and simple card using the new Gift Bow Bigz L die and Expression Thinlits found in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. Love the clean lines of her card!
Must sign off for now but I'll have more swaps tomorrow. Thank you for stopping in for a visit today!

Winter Projects
Hi there! Today's projects are from the Fall "Regional" held this past Saturday. Sally Nusbaum and her "Hooter" girls did an awesome job orchestrating this event for Demonstrators in the St. Louis metro area. (The "Hooter" girls became an affectionate name for Sally's team of helpers because of the owl themed decorations. It has nothing to do with the restaurant.) Each girl on the design team was assigned a season. Jayne Singleton designed Winter projects. You should see this bag tag in real life. It is so sparkly! Love it - and how about that Tiffany colored gift bag, too! It just happens to match our Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP), which can be found on page 29 of the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.
Jayne's next project is this beautiful card. Wow, you almost need shades! It REALLY sparkles in real life!
Winter Frost DSP and Silver Glimmer paper is used on both projects. (Glimmer paper can be found in the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.) The snowflakes were made with products from the Festive Flurry bundle - the stamp set and coordinating Framelits die. The Framelits makes cutting out the snowflake shape a snap! The center of the snowflake is embellished with our beautiful Frosted Finishes Embellishments (found on page 28 of the Holiday Catalog). We even lined our envelope with some more beautiful DSP cut out using the new Envelope Liner Framelit die (page 37 of the Holiday Catalog).
See what I mean about the awesome projects! Come back tomorrow for Sally's Christmas projects.
